How to Order - Nail Therapy

ORDERS and PAYMENT

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Nail Therapy. Orders are to be paid in full before goods are dispatched. Cash deposits or electronic fund transfers are to be made using the following bank account details:

Please note, goods will only be dispatched once proof-of-payment has been received. Proof-of-payment can either be emailed to info@nailtherapy.co.za or faxed to 086 613 4517.

To minimize errors and improve efficiency all orders are to be made via our online shop, email or fax. Under no circumstances will any verbal orders be accepted.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1.        VIA OUR ONLINE SHOP

Ordering online using the Product Catalogue is quick and easy.

Click on the green "Buy Now" button next to each item you require, and the item will automatically be saved in your shopping "Cart".

Your cart's contents can be viewed at any time using the yellow "View Cart" button. The contents can also be changed or removed as desired. Only when you are totally satisfied with your choice of products, click on the "next" button and simply follow the step by step process, filling in your details and shipping/postage options. (Please Note: Only use your nearest Post Office Name and Post Code eg: Umhlanga Rocks Post Office, 4320 - as postage is a counter-to-counter service. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery).

The final step sends your order automatically via email to Nail Therapy, and an order number is issued to you for your reference.

2.        VIA FAX

An alternative method of placing an order is to print a copy of the Order-via-fax form and to fill in all the items you require along with the item codes, price of each item and total cost.

Don't forget to include your contact details and please remember to select either postage or collection option. Once completed, simply fax the form to Nail Therapy at: 086 613 4517, and remember to include proof-of-payment.


DELIVERY OF GOODS:

There are 2 options of delivery:

1.  POSTAGE

Please Note: Only use your nearest Post Office Name and Postal Code eg: Umhlanga Rocks Post Office, 4320, as postage is a counter-to-counter service. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.

2.  COLLECTIONS

Goods can also be collected at the following address by appointment only:

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted on discounted or sale items.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be accepted on products that have been used, where packages have been opened, or where evidence of deliberate damage exists.

In the unlikely event of goods being found to be defective, and at the sole discretion of Nail Therapy, these items will either be replaced at no extra cost, or a full refund will be offered. Defective or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will a refund be considered if you fail to inform Nail Therapy of any defect within this 7 day period of time. No returns nor replacements will be made after 7 days.
